My experience was great, everything was great. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the room itself was updated. It was cosy and pleasant to come back to. Location: the hotel was just off highways and gas station, shopping mall. Good choice for exploring Richmond.

Some people working there were terrible.

Everywhere was fairly clean, staff were really helpful, comfortable bed. Our room was non smoking and fairly large. That was solid hotel set in domestic area. Loved the attached restaurant and its distinguished cuisine.

Wifi was terrible.
